Rachel Soon discovered yoga during college and has been practicing fervently ever since. She started teaching on top of her corporate job, committing 9 hours a week on a regular basis, without ever feeling like it was work. Believing that there is discipline in passion, she knew yoga was her one true love and calling.
Her classes are known to be dynamic, strong, and playful all rolled into one engaging experience. Teaching with peace and power, she hopes to empower students through both physical and mindfulness practice. With time, consistency and determination, one can overcome limitations.
