Safety Protocol for In-Person Practice

Molly TobinArticles

Safety has always been and will continue to be of utmost importance at Yoga Garden SF. San Francisco is currently in the Red Tier, which means Yoga Garden SF is able to offer limited-capacity in-person classes. As the vaccine roll-out continues to unfold, we recognize there will be varying degrees of comfort with attending classes in the studio. Our priority is to ensure the highest standard of safety for our students and staff, and communicate those methods so that you can make informed decisions.

Please note: more information and updates on safety protocol is shared via email. Please make sure you are subscribed in order to receive these important messages! To get on our mailing list or edit your subscription status, email [email protected].

Practice in-person with a drop-in or membership. Check out our in-person class schedule here!

1.

Limited capacity of 5 students + 1 teacher, with masks and social distancing required at all times.

2.

Advanced booking required in order to minimize on-site transactions.

3.

Students and staff are required to complete a self-assessment to confirm a lack of flu-like symptoms.

4.

We do not provide mats, but will provide blocks, straps, and single-use covered bolsters. Disinfecting wipes will be provided.

5.

All shared surfaces (door knobs, railings, light switches, benches, etc.) will be disinfected between classes.

6.

Windows will be left open to increase ventilation during class. Our studio also has 2 air filtration systems: the top-rated MERV-14 and a medical-grade filter that circulates the air every 30 minutes.

Classes are live-streamed, so please arrive early! Doors are locked 5 minutes before class
