Sarah Allison has over 15 years of yoga practice, with roots in dance, kundalini, Iyengar, and zen meditation. She guides a strong practice, with an emphasis on setting intentions to use mindful breathing to stay present and be thankful for each moment.
She trained with Yoga Garden SF in an alignment-based vinyasa. Her creative force is driven to give back to the community, foster energy from Mother Earth, and spread knowledge about caring for oneself and our environment.
