With a lighthearted style, Sarah’s classes are designed to increase mobility and strength while exploring the key actions of various yoga poses. Being a curious student herself, Sarah seeks to offer a space for you to expand awareness of your body and mind through dynamic movement and steady holds, as well as pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Modifications are offered throughout the class offering students of all levels a balanced & challenging yoga practice.
Sarah is grateful for her continuous studies with her main teachers Sean Haleen, Estee Fletter, Jane Austin and Annie Carpenter.
