Tell us about yourself! What are some things that your students might not know?

I am a retired professor!

How did you become interested in yoga?

I started practicing yoga at age 50. I started taking classes at my gym and loved it. Yoga is an essential part of my physical and psychological well-being.

Tell us about your yoga journey. What style did you start in and with whom do you study now?

I always enjoyed vinyasa flow, so now I teach vinyasa, power yoga, and flow.

Describe your teaching style. What can folks expect when they attend your class? 

My classes are energizing and focused. I practice with the students. This helps create positive energy in the room. It also means that students can see what a pose or transition looks like if they are new to yoga.

Any exciting projects or plans on the horizon?
