She studied yoga in New York City, and is certified to teach a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Restorative and Prenatal. Her classes combine flowing sequences with attention to alignment. She creates a warm, safe, and encouraging environment for students of all levels.
