Yoga + Hike Every Last Saturday of the Month

Let’s go on a yoga hike!

Join Laurie Sleep for a fun and active morning of outdoor yoga integrated throughout a 2 to 3-mile urban hike. Build heat, endurance, strength, flexibly, and balance while exploring neighborhood hills and parks, meeting new people, and enjoying stunning views of the city.

We’ll warm up with a walk to a nearby park for stretching and sun salutations (in the sun!). Then we’ll pick up the pace as we hike up hills and stairways, pausing at scenic spots to practice yoga. Our last yoga stop will be a more extended practice that ends with Savasana and/or a closing nature meditation.

Wear running or walking shoes and layers. Bring water. No yoga mat is necessary.

Students of all levels welcome. The class meets in the Yoga Garden SF lobby. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. In the event of rain, class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
