Learn to teach yoga to pregnant women. Support them through pregnancy and birth, and help shape a future filled with consciously-nurtured future yogis.

Yoga Garden SF (YGSF) is a leading international center for prenatal yoga teacher training, with graduates successfully teaching all over the world. Our prenatal yoga certification program is among the first to offer Yoga Alliance registration as a Prenatal Yoga School, giving our graduates an assurance of quality and the unique advantage of being a Yoga Alliance® Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).

This training certifies you to register with Yoga Alliance® as a RPYT and gives you 85 hours towards Yoga Garden SF’s 300 hour Teacher Training Program.

“I went to YGSF to learn asana appropriate for prenatal and postnatal women and I left with an entirely new understanding of pregnancy and the woman’s body! Between all of the time spent with real pregnant women, amazing speakers and workshops, and so many hours spent with Marisa on asana and class sequencing, this program gave me so much more than I came for. I can’t wait to start my classes and hopefully build a nurturing community of love that YGSF has with their prenatal/postnatal clients. Thank you all SO much!”
